Pros

Benefits are great A lot of different opportunities open Character and integrity will carry you far Coaching up is encouraged

Cons

Staying in the same role, no matter how great you are, will not gain you a larger raise. (A con for those who have a hard time stepping out of their comfort zones) There are teams that have not been managed properly (mainly due to customer demands and requirements) and could use experience from other program management. Like everywhere there are the teams of yes men and minimium effort workers that seem to get promoted which brings down moral. This is not the case for the company as a whole, but it is where you will find majority of the problem areas. Majority of the negative reviews come from those teams' employees.

Pros

Diversity & Inclusion Competent CEO Regular high level updates showing how the company is doing in different sectors Wide range of benefits, some good some needing reviewed Generous PTO that scales based on tenure Wide range of jobs based on level of education, with education not being a total deciding factor in some positions based on competency (ive seen many warehouse associates move up to office based positions based on their work ethic and determination to learn and will to succeed without needing a 4yr degree)

Cons

Executive team too stubborn to be proactive about the hiring market, failing to stay competitive with local warehouse employers in terms of sign-on/retention bonuses and wages, leading to massive headcount shortages leaving many departments/teams critically staffed. Downplayed and disregarded the "Great Resignation" till it impacted the company and then suddenly took notice. Has not spoken a word of end of year wage increases that will offset rising inflation and has not offered any general wage increases to current employees and has not offered increased starting wages for new hires, failing to attract and retain workers. Maternity and Paternity leave Massively behind our partners, offering only two weeks for new fathers while most companies we do business with provide well over 6-8 weeks MINIMUM.

Pros

Livable pay Competitive benefits Multiple shift options Yearly raises once hired on

Cons

Most employees must start as contractors for 6-9 months Overall decrease in employee morale Constant negative changes in work environment Constant empty promises and employee concern dismissal during corporate interaction Company pushes employees to 'think differently' and 'embrace change' instead of addressing standing employee concern Claims to present competitive wage while showing no evidence of evaluating pay in comparison to economic change Majority of leadership shows no regard to employee mental health Even after being fully hired on the company will not hesitate to move successful employees to other departments to assist with the lower departments metrics If leadership wants to move you they will do it regardless of employee desire and then refuse to move the employee back after extensive time in the undesirable department (upwards of 2 months) Shocking ignorance of lower level employee processes from those in higher leadership positions Constant lack of most employee utilized consumables, to the point where many buy their own to continue to effectively do the job large disconnect between employees and leadership

It would not make sense to remain anywhere with such amount of distrust. It is correct that Embracing Change is a very important and relevant Core Value which is expected of all our employees. We wish you the best of luck.
