WWT has a very thorough and rigorous process to evaluate employees and this is based on their performance, experience, and expertise in certain positions. We will continue to focus on hiring practices that are fair and equitable across the company.

Pros

Outside of the warehouse the work/life balance is much better. There are some amazing leaders who care about your well-being. Most colleagues are helpful and will share their knowledge. They do have fun events you can attend.

Cons

They could follow through with getting rid of bad leaders. Something needs to give for all the mandatory OT in the warehouses (this is how companies loose good employees, it's not good for anyone's mental health, and there's no work/life balance). Needs to be more competitive with pay, consider paying loyal employees more/give them a better raise for not leaving the company (been with the company for 3 years and new hires are making what I'm now making).

We are glad to hear that our leadership, employees, and culture activities inspire a great work environment! We recognize work-life balance is important, no matter where you are employed within the organization, and we continue to take steps to ensure we are setting expectations and policies which support our employee’s wellbeing. WWT is very conscious of calling over-time and when possible, we seek to get “voluntary” however, mandatory overtime becomes essential when increase business activity is needed to support customers. Our aspirational goal is to have “no bad managers” and this is always top of mind as we continue our efforts in coaching and developing our leaders. Thank you.

Pros

Health Benefits are fantastic for an extremely affordable price

Cons

Some issues are power attentiveness. One of the "8 Key Business Concepts" is the "Right People", the common continuation to that is "Retain Toxic". There are lots of cons but this has to be one of the biggest. There are leadership that will attain that positions and will push everyone to a point that they are uncomfortable with. Some will change the Addendums and Policies' to how they see it should be and expect everyone to follow those new rules and write up anyone not following them first time.
