Allot of you working in the nyc jfk area. The place is very out dated. Everyone hated their job so it makes the work environment not enjoyable. Management overuse their power to make others feel bad. During my time a manger said “we don’t need you , you need us” so that’s the type of mindset they have. You have completely no control over your schedule they will change it at a moments notice without a care for you. They don’t have enough trainer so when we start you might be doing none sense until you after a month or so.
