great coworkers, laid back environment, cool seeing different airplanes

Cons

no benefits...absolutely none for part-timers, only way to get time off is someone taking your shift and then having it approved by management, short shifts, low pay with little advancement opportunities if any at all

Good cargo handling experience, supervisor willing to train you. Good part time job.

Cons

No future development, very limited higher positions, very short hours (3 hours per shift), no employee benefits. A lot of necessary person equipment for the job were not provided you have to purchase by your own.
