Pros

They have to pay everybody fairly and uniformly because the time clock transmits the work hours to headquarters everyday. You get free food every blue moon. You don't have to worry about ever seeing Olivier Bijaoui or Adolfo Morales -- they don't care that this location is hopelessly mismanaged.

Cons

There is a communications breakdown at this company because many of the employees speak broken English and a few don't know a word of English. If you want an exclusively Spanish speaking Ramp crew then don't hire employees who can't speak the language. (Or atleast mention that you want understand 90% of what is going on.) You can't have safety on an airport ramp if you can't warn people orally that they are in danger. I don't know what "Watch out, get out of the way" is in spanish. If youre applying in IDA and you don't speak fluent Spanish look elsewhere. They don't tell you anything useful and the direct deposit option is a joke. The transportation workers union is completely ineffective at doing anything to improve workers' safety or safeguarding current rules. When the door closes behind you from the public part of the airport into the SIDA all the safety rules are ignored. Forget safety belts and lifting techniques ; the workers here go out of their way to be reckless. You're lucky if you don't get hit by a vehicle or get lung cancer. The bags get thrown around like ping pong balls during a lottery drawing-- and they weigh lots more than 70lbs.
