None at all terrible really

I recently worked for WFS as a black woman this environment was entirely too much. I felt discrimination from the managers, the work conditions are terrible, very negative energy, if you're not islander you will be discriminated against and held at a higher standard. I went through s*xual harassment didn't feel comfortable with telling mangers due to how they handle things. Managers will not let you speak to any authority higher than them to solve issues. Managers will not let you use the restroom & will accuse you of false acts. The overall cleanliness is 0/10 women's bathroom absolutely disgusting will make you use portable toilet. Doesn't care about their workers. Multiple people from this warehouse contained the flu. You're forced to listen to cultural music you're not open to. Seen muslims be disrespected. Just overall this warehouse needs to be investigated for how they're with their employees and use their authority as a weapon. I don't recommend working here. You will be unhappy, feels like high school all over again, and will not be valued as an employee. You will not succeed at WFS if you're a person of color they will make sure of it. Points are dropped for others but not anyone of color. I never felt so much discrimination and disrespect until l worked here.

Pros

I enjoy working for the airline I was excited when I was hired for frontier airlines it gives incentive towards other ventures also the opportunity to travel and level up in a higher position

Cons

The company is horrible no communication lack of boundaries as well as respect no union or proper representation for the employees favoritism amongst employees lack of professionalism absolutely no customer service skills no room To grow if your not apart of the click they treat their customers horribly

Cons

Currently, WFS functions operate in silos, which makes it difficult to leverage its best assets—such as systems, processes, talent, and practices—effectively. This fragmentation hinders the company’s ability to build a strong competitive advantage and protect its long-term growth and business resilience, particularly during challenging times. The mindset and culture of the management are crucial when embarking on transformative change. However, I feel the organization is not yet prepared to tackle these types of challenges.
