Pros

You might endup working with great teams, all my coworkers at the customer services level, were amazing people.

Cons

upper managment is terrible and I kept hearing about how some of my coworkers never got paid for ahours they worked. In my experience they promised me money to do my training, but they kept asking me to do it after work hours or they would change the amount of hours I would actually get paid. During my whole stay as an employee, I never got my full uniform.

Pros

Lots of Opportunities for Overtime Various Skills learned (Forklift Building, Tug Driver) Worked in a warehouse with Friendly staff. Warehouse worked around my Schedule to give me a work schedule that benefited both sides.

Cons

Raises are almost non-existent General Starting Pay is anywhere from ($9-$12) Not everyone has the opportunity to move up only the Upper Management's Buddy. Sometimes You'll even be asked to do a Job you weren't trained to do. Office Management is Lazy and makes many mistakes (Paperwork Issues during Badge Appointments, Doesn't Attend Employees in a timely manner, Favoritism towards certain employees, Various Lying). Being stationed at a certain warehouse but always being told to go "help" another warehouse and arriving to help only to find that warehouses workers sitting around not doing their job. Equipment is outdated and Breakdowns frequently. (Mechanics have very little budget to work with) It takes forever for building issues to be fixed (ex. Dock plate is reported to be damaged, not fixed till 4 months later).

Pros

You get to meet new people from different cultures and you learn new things here and there.

Cons

For the pay it isn’t worth it at all. Literally every day you will leave with a headache or you’ll be stressed out. They hang your job over your head always talking about writing you up constantly and firing you. Favoritism plays a big role in this environment. They won’t verbally tell you when they’re firing you they’ll just take your ID. You'll definitely will see how bad the racism is here also nobody addresses it because when you do address a problem they ignore you it basically goes in through one ear and straight out the other it’s beyond ridiculous.
