Pros

A lot of downtime to nap or catch up on school work Co workers are usually really cool 1 hour lunch in most cases

Cons

Whoever is in the top of the ladder has no idea what is going on at the bottom and can only assume, They only care about the job getting done and not how it gets done. Union does nothing to help Workers are underpaid and overworked in most cases. Apparently there is a max on how much you can make an hour, that is just absurd. Supervisors slept on the job for most of the shift and expected the workers to do the majority of work Ask to drive trucks with very little training. I could care less how far I had to go its a hazard. Same goes with forklifts, there is inadequate training. "Practice on your time" is what is told to us.

Pros

Nothing. Really!!!! There is nothing other than the extrinsic benefit of a paycheck and the RARE travel experience.

Cons

Worst management in the history of recorded business. Coworkers epitomize laziness. Punctuality is not enforced with subordinates as well as management. Extremely self-centered management- they do not care if you cover down on others' shifts or deal with a disaster at work. There are NO intrinsic benefits. The only extrinsic benefits are pay and the OCCASIONAL travel (which they boast can be as OFTEN as you want and isn't). It is clear they do NOT drug test- some employees are high at work and have been for years as they are missing a good portion of their teeth. Kazuyo, the station manager for Bozeman, knowingly allows ALL of this to happen.
