Being proactive and going the extra mile are rewarded. Fexible schedules, management cares for employees, great benefits.

Cons

As with any other company, it's easy to get lost in the ranks. Industry cycles affect engineering companies harder than operators, etc. Follows the trend to reduce costs by cutting OH.

Very friendly, fun co-workers, fair bosses, and great overall atmosphere. Good pay, and a good head and mind towards the way they do business.

Cons

Kind of a dim atmosphere to work in. Very grim and dull, not great for productivity. Some days I had very little to do but thats not necessarily a bad thing
