      Pros

      Pay is above average for consulting firms and the O&G field, in general.

      Cons

      There is a work/life balance policy that is not even loosely adhered to. If you are an asset to the company, it is often difficult to even be able to take vacation. The company is not very forward looking; upper management always appears to be trying to leverage the company for the future, but little is ever actually implemented.

      Pros

      WorleyParsons is a Large company that has work all throughout the world and it has a large amount of Challenging work for Young engineers. The schedule is generally 4-10's unless your specific project requires differently.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company it is very easy to get lost. I personally have not talked to my department manager for well over a year. Butts in the seat is money in the bank
