Their are none except money.

Cons

Self serving dept. Managers who only promote their friends. Habits of singling out individuals, harrassing and intimidating them, then letting them go under the guise of RIF for an example to the other employees. No regard for employee safety. Do not follow their own corporate guidelines. Selectively bend rules. Human resources is useless. Individuals are not valued, only friends of management, regardless of ability. No freedom of speech to stand up for what is right, engineering matters or non.

I like working at WorleyParsons because it is close to home, good pay and they have pretty good benefits...i/e, health and retirement

Cons

The management here seems to think of one department only and none of the other ones that actually MAKE the money for the company don't matter.

support fom department manager - learning communities - great management compared to old times - good salary structure compared to competitors like Fluor, Jacobs etc

Cons

none - need for more office spaces and parking - no restaurants in campus - the present campuses are away from each other
