It is a five day a week job. They do have a lot of talent in their engineering group.

Cons

They want you to charge all your time so someone can be billed. Their benefits can use a lot of improvement. I was not given factual information from HR about certain benefits and my qualification for other benefits before I hired on.

Great to get more experience in different areas

Cons

Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
