- AMAZING team of people - Mission-driven work - Really impactful, early-stage startup - Flexibility and remote work - Great culture with great people

Cons

- High growth can be really stressful at times, but it's manageable with the right team in place.

Pros

- transparent everything (for real) - excellent team communication, with a focus on best intentions - leadership who listens, learns, and does not pass the buck - we are changing how hiring is done

Cons

I can't think of anything I would consider to be a true "con". As with any start up, things can be crazy, everyone wears a lot of hats, and we move fast. If that's not something you are excited about, you shouldn't work at one.

Pros

Generally speaking, the team at Woven is very friendly and upbeat, they try really hard to make people feel welcome and an integral part of the team.

Cons

Things move fast, maybe too fast sometimes. Though this isn't always the case, from time to time a new goal gets shoehorned into the monthly planning and ends up causing a "burning fire" or "doomsday urgency" feeling across the whole team, which quickly accelerates the feeling of being burned out
