* Woven is getting folks jobs where they're a great fit where they would have previously been screened out at the resume phase. Good mission * Remote first- No commute while still feeling connected as a team * No fratbro stuff * Opportunity to make a big impact with lots of autonomy * A group of folks who admits mistakes and sees work through a "what can we learn" lens
Cons
* Small team means everyone is a generalist. Not a good place for a specialist, right now * Remote first isn't great for people who enjoy being in an office 5 days per week. We only meet in-person ~twice per week
