Pros

INSTORE MANAGERS caring as well as all the team work together Good pay and good commission for information advisors

Cons

There was a police incident which scared me as an employer but yet the top bosses toff etc still demanded the sale went on even when one of their employees had been seriously affected by it - which shows they care very little about the employees . Holidays have to be argued for

Pros

None that i can find after a year and a half.

Cons

Dont work here if you want a work life balance, your van will be taxed and will take a fair amount of any money you make, appealing descisions is almost impossible once head office closes the ranks, i could go on, just dont work here if you value your family time and have bills that cant be paid working 40hrs a week for minimum wage.

Pros

Wren is probably the most rewarding and satisfying company I've been part of in my career thus far. The team atmosphere is fantastic, and unlike many sales organisations, everyone wants you to succeed. The satisfaction of seeing a project through from initial consultation to finished article, knowing that it's a design that you created, gives it a dimension that most sales roles don't give you. I would also suggest that the training and support is fantastic, having no previous kitchen experience is no barrier to success.

Cons

Being a family owned business means that the pace of change is incredible and mostly positive, though it does occasionally lead to some half baked execution, with a period of adjustment that follows. I would also say that if you're not willing to take responsibility for your performance Wren probably isn't for you, as challenging questions will be asked when you fail to achieve (and I can say that from personal experience).
