Work on weekends, work very long hours, expected to work earlier or leave later for meetings. They charge you for anything they can. Managers are non supportive

A very 'snakey' atmosphere No job security High pressure Poor management 2 year probation period The company will take you commission from you at any given opportunity We were told we had to use our days off for Christmas and Christmas eve this year with no additional time off
