Pros

Work life balance 34hours is good. Pay CAN be good. Colleagues are great.

Cons

Pay cuts and free issues. Immense pressure to always sell with risk to your own income. Get penalised for taking holiday. If you look at the other recent 1 star reviews they have it spot on, the company underpays staff across the board, well anyone above general management, The sales force who are the ONLY source of income for the business get charged 50% cost for any mistakes even if they are not at fault. (costs £250 for a single unit to be made?) The recent pay rise from the minimum wage was then cancelled out by increasing thresholds by £4500 for every designer which is more than the increase. Too many sales staff employed per store, this means you are less likely to exceed your threshold and earn any more than minimum wage. 2 year probation period means at any point you can be asked to leave and a high staff turnover suggest they do before they get to the end of this period, all of this and yet boast Record profits each year which shows the staff can be paid and treated properly We are forced to sign in and out through face recognition which is just demeaning. There are no benefits such as perks at work and other companies provide staff,
