      Pros

      Wren is a growing business that is always improving week on week, the factory has a clean safe working environment along with good pay and holiday package. Wren likes to promote within and for the right people who work hard and show the right attitude you can go far in this company. In my time here I have seen numerous members of staff be promoted through hard work and determination. The management teams are very supportive and are always there for any issues that arise work or personal related. Health and safety is paramount and continuous improvements are always being carried out.

      Cons

      Wren is not for everyone, if you are not dedicated, used to being busy and willing to work hard , you will not progress in this company.

      Making good friends with colleagues, potential commission, nothing else

      Cons

      Awful managing, awful directors that are extremely aggressive towards managers during their meetings, this anger gets passed down through our showroom managers. Leads are dealt out to whoever they are friends with and not equally. You are on a two year probation when you start and can and will fire you instantly before then
