Too much pressure!

Pros

The system is good to use. VR is a nice touch

Cons

Too pushy on sales. Management want deposits at the first appt. Management gives your leads to top performers and then pesters you when you don’t sell.

There are some amazing people that work there, Friendly and extremely accommodating to new starters.

Cons

You are just a number and you will be disregarded daily.

Pros

Welcoming, positive, supportive, not overwhelming with too many appointment, learning on the job. Shadow training second week was great with Colin Watts out of Southampton Showroom.

Cons

Initial week e-learning courses , some courses contradict the online training with different answers. Training modules need updates to take in current Wren trends and policies.Due to Senior not available, difficult to ask questions about the role when questions need answering.
