Pros

Wren has good facilities, free parking and a very nice modern building.

Cons

Terrible training process. Most people leave before training is complete. High pressure job with demands and expectations way above what you can actually achieve given the limitations of the systems in place, the support network and the time constraints with dealing with accounts. They have a deep embedded culture of passing the buck and blaming. The term "throwing you under the bus" is appropriate here. The team leader position is a complaints handling position. Expected to have to work extra hours without pay if you want to get any work done towards helping your team.

Pros

Good pay and enjoyed the company of the other staff

Cons

Very stressful, company does not care about their staff or cusyomers. Customer service is terrible I had customers who's kitchens were never installed correctly and were still having problems years later. People got fired constantly for no apparent reason and some got fired before they even completed training
