      Showrooms Prioritized Over Studios

      Pros

      I was well trained on how to utilize the design software, and how to interact with customer. Strong culture and teamwork-based values.

      Cons

      Several policies in relation to training and responsibilities, as well as software features, are geared entirely toward the showrooms, and do not take into account the Home Depot studios. This can make some parts of the job inconvenient. I am not making as much money as initially suggested (which I believe best reflected showroom sales), though it is not so little that I am unsatisfied.

      Company is Focused on your Training

      Pros

      All Trainers were Excellent; Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable. Instructors made the material interesting and easy to understand. Training provided a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

      Cons

      Smaller studios sometimes makes it difficult to work on practice plans.
