      Pros

      "Was" a start-up, able to expand experience with my skills. Local workforce is very nice.

      Cons

      End-product is poor quality. QC is often ridiculed for labeling poor quality products. Upper management put unachievable expectations; no one wants to work there.

      Team oriented, friendly atmosphere, great support by management and other kitchen designers, procedures in place to help set you up for success.

      Cons

      A lot of information in the first few weeks and can be a tad overwhelming if you do not have prior experience in kitchen designs,
