Uncapped earning potential, poor working environment

Commission - You know how much you’ll earn every month Nice coworkers

Cons

School like environment No weekends off They choose when you take annual leave, not allowed to take less than 1 week annual leave. Will have to beg for an important day off months in advance Have to work 6x days a week in January Always threatening to fire you if you’re new and aren’t performing as well as senior employees You will pay for any mistakes made You will me be made to feel guilty for taking sick pay which you aren’t paid for Not paid for OT but expected to stay late
