Don’t really get the Descartes app seems a waste of time as a call is always made to the customer to say that you are on your way and to confirm the appointment

Progression is broad meaning there different types of Jobs. The system wren uses is honed in completely eliminating mistakes

Cons

Organisation I’ve been waiting on uniform for weeks and haven’t received anything Training hours are very extreme I’ve been sat in front of a screen and haven’t even socially communicated with many members of staff in the store room this could be certain days when I’m not out shadowing I find it demotivating because I’m doing nothing but looking at screens for 6+ hours what I feel is a bit deteriorating. The rota was never explained fully to me I guess starting a new job requires some changes to my personal life schedule but I’ve had to change things that stop me from getting support mentally what I need to pick up and raise the issue with Steve Grover
