Pros

My coworkers were nice and friendly.

Cons

The company is based on micromanaging employees. They control everything you say and do when in front of customers. They don’t care about the customer, just don’t let them leave without selling them a kitchen!

Pros

1 hour lunch break and a 15 minute break in a 7 hour shift

Cons

Too competitive, no real ground work or rules set in place, no employee hand book, they do not follow US HR laws.
