      First days training with Ian so far so good very patient very down to earth and great experience looking forward to the rest of my training

      Really good place to work if you like a fast pace routine job with friendly Colleagues

      Pros

      The training department at wren is outstanding and they absolutely everything to ensure you are ready to be taking calls from customer, there no fault with that system! The job itself it really straightforward thanks to being trained really well! It’s amazing having 2 lunch canteens to choose from at lunch times and having someone deliver you a hot drink twice a day!

      Cons

      Sometimes I feel there’s not enough being done about the feed back that been given from the customers and so we hear the same complaints from customers over again. It would also be nice to have an extra break as we only get one half an hour break a day and staring at computer screen from 9-5:30 with one break feels crazy.

      * nice co workers * pay is ok when you make money

      Cons

      * wants you pressure customers to put down a deposit on first sit * doesn’t understand why you cannot get the customer to commit on first sit * you work overtime and they do not pay you
