Pros

Lovely showroom. Free parking. *Some* of the staff are ethical and honest and want to help colleagues.

Cons

Toxic and negative working environment. Skull duggery rife, especially towards newer staff. One of the AM's constantly patronises and belittles designers she doesn't like which verges on bullying. She also has double standards in the way she talks to people and in what she demands. There are some genuine, ethical and honest staff who want to help colleagues and create a team atmosphere but sadly they're outnumbered by many untrustworthy Judas Iscariot/ Frenemy types who will happily smile to your face whilst stabbing you in the back! Part of the problem could be that the showroom has been flooded by new designers meaning more established designers are getting a smaller slice of the sales pie and feeling less secure in their roles. Very few people within the showroom have respect for each other, many are constantly gossiping about colleagues behind their backs. Then again perhaps this isn't surprising given members of the management team don't lead by example - some openly criticise designers off in the middle of the showroom. Mind boggling!
