Pros

Free parking, low speeding fine, biometric logging in system, fun colleagues with lots of mutual despair. Skirts aren't ever too short! Bonus to encourage sales team to write "enhanced" positive reviews.

Cons

1/. Management are nasty school playground bullies. You're fine if you've been their years or are willing to get a brown nose with an unpleasant taste in your mouth.... 2/. They send solicitors "cease and desist letters" should you ever have the cheek and audacity to be honest about the horrendous working environment, substandard quality of product or general negatives of the company 3/. You can't trust anyone, they say one thing and do another. The "honest and safe" forum is a ruse and they will use it against you 4/. 4.30pm is the witching hour. If management want to see you then, take your bag in with you cause you're getting fired. 5/. You start early and finish late....And it's never noticed. 6/. You will be shouted at by customers. 7/. Unsupported by management 8/. Demeaned by the same people.

Pros

Nice showrooms and a good product.

Cons

The list could go on for miles but here are the main. Targets constantly changing. Bully tactics to get a performance. Managers live in fear of their jobs from sales directors. Nepotism from area managers and sales director. 1 year probation but they will fire you within 2 years without reason. Work life balance is poor. Expected to work 12 hour days consistently. This Lack of consideration for any life outside of Wren. Witnessed 3 managers that have been terminated for no good reason appart from them being under 2 years employment and its easier to to get rid than support. Don't accept a job with this company unless you like living on the edge and are happy to loose your job at the drop of a hat if your under 2 years employment because they know you have no leg to stand on.

Pros

Beautiful Offices Excellent on site facilities - gym, catering and showers

Cons

Kitchen delivers were consistently delivered with missing parts, poor paint work or damage. At one point every order that was assigned to me to manage had issues that would take over 6 weeks to resolve to allow for manufacturing time. There was no transparency at all as we were left to deal with angry customers. There was a real divide between those in customer service and employees working in other areas.
