After the first week, there's a complete lack of any basic training. Nothing is explained or documented. You're just left to your own devices with no guidance. Nothing seems to be standardised and everyone's advice contradicts previous teachings. Some staff were very rude and unapproachable. Snobby and uppity programmer culture that punishes asking questions. It's also 90% admin work with very little actual development work to do. Lots and lots of time wasted in unnecessary meetings with no background context provided. The job description / required experience did not overlap with the job requirements at all.
