Pros

Used to be good money to compensate for the mistake made by hq. Now we get fined for everything and could end up just earning a basic with is the minimum wage.

Cons

All stick and no carrot. New employees brought into, barely trained and are sacked after 8 months for poor sales. Then they do it all over again with a new person. They give the designers and store mangers for everything and inflate the installation prices to an embarrassing cost. It's getting worse each month.

Pros

None I can think of at all

Cons

Work hours, constant late finishes and all weekend and bank holidays. Only a select few get given web appointments so the rest are struggling to make any money. Horrible toxic environment No job security people getting sacked daily for no reason. Management have no idea what they are doing and can’t even use the kitchen planner. Money taken out of commission for stupid reasons Massive thresholds Do not care about employees. Will sack you before 2 years - out of 22 designer showroom only 3 had been longer than 2 years Turn over is ridiculous

Pros

Tea coffee run Let's Talk please don't say we are glad you enjoyed this as people saying it are seriously taking the P

Cons

Beware. New employees are asked to put a good review on and receive a voucher!! Management are the cause of disgruntled employees. Young inexperienced nasty yes people. Let's change the seating plan. Let's change it again. Bet the ops have meetings about changing the seating plan. Meetings about meetings are daily occurrences for managers. Get rid of good people and march them out by security!! Humiliation! If your face fits and your chums with management you will be fine. I've seen colleagues leave who were amazing at their job with not so much as a good luck. Horrible two faced managers who talk about staff for all to hear. I knew someone was being sacked before they did as I heard a manager slagging her off on phone. Hoping got a yes to my interview last week!!
