Pros

Majority of showroom staff are well meaning and do their best within an oppressive and depressive culture. Products are good quality and steps being taken to improve the whole buying process are great news for the customer.

Cons

Staff have no value to this company whatsoever, and they proactively lool to dismiss staff before 2 years employment to ensure they have no employee rights. Indeed the MD said recently "I can do whatever I want". They are actively bribing staff to put good reviews on employment websites. They portray themselves as a family business but that is a wholly inaccurate view, bit of a joke really. Numerous conference calls a day and 24 hour availability for the 500 Whatsapp messages a day is more like a dictatorship than a family.

Pros

Can earn a lot if willing to lie to customers and deny things when told by management to do so

Cons

They are bullies They embarrass people in meetings and on the shop floor You get phone calls from head office daily/hourly as they watch you on live stream and call to ask why didn't you get that sale/ why did you only approach that customer 3 times you should have went again They rip off customer and don't supply what the designer in store have promised the customers then expect us to lie to their face Really the worst experience of my life
