Pros

good pay if you put the work in

Cons

work you dry, long hours, ask for your availability then change it without notice as you should be ‘fully flexible.’ 3/4 of the year is ‘red zone’ (cannot book time off, isn’t told during recruitment process’. Any errors you make as a designers comes straight out your paycheck, expected to leave your dinner break if customers arrive early, expected to not take a break of day is busy/made to feel bad if you do take a break. Expected to wear makeup and will get pulled if you don’t. expected to arrive 30 mins early everyday for a ‘brief’ where management blast you in front of everyone, ‘your replaceable today, we don’t need you’ attitude. Not aloud to speak to much with colleagues, management is weird about people going for dinners together or even spending time outside of work together? Given take security, one week they’ll tell you you’re gonna be an amazing designer, your valued, we support you, next minute your sacked.staff turn over is crazy, at least 1 person every 2months is let go and new person hired next if not same day. DO NOT work here, all showrooms are time same, corrupt company. i ignored all the reviews too thinking ‘can’t be that bad’ it really is that bad
