Not much towards end of my time.. Started 2015. Better pay structure/ commission/ incentives etc back then.

Cons

Company is built on favouritism, guilt tripping into doing more hours to close sales, no refund protection for designers even after investing hours with customers. Free issue can takeaway all your commission. So much limitations on when you can take time off Do not pay maternity leave. 7 years there and nothing - one of the reasons I left. Felt like they didn’t care.

The money was great. I hired a great team.

Cons

The US guy who has no clue what he’s doing, chopped my project in half and killed the team off. No wonder they won’t make it another 5 years in the USA.
