Pros

Can earn a lot if willing to lie to customers and deny things when told by management to do so

Cons

They are bullies They embarrass people in meetings and on the shop floor You get phone calls from head office daily/hourly as they watch you on live stream and call to ask why didn't you get that sale/ why did you only approach that customer 3 times you should have went again They rip off customer and don't supply what the designer in store have promised the customers then expect us to lie to their face Really the worst experience of my life

Managed by bullies

Pros

Money - it's a good commission structure, with designers earning more than managers. However they also get fined for doing anything wrong at all.

Cons

The management from the top down to regional level are awful. They are stuck in the 80's and think they can treat their staff how they want. This includes immediately failing your 2 year probation for the slightest thing that offends. The directors have family that work in the business and they get the best of everything and these family member are treated like royalty, heavens forbid you offend one. Targets are unrealistic Customer service is poor because the behaviours of the staff are bred to be this way. 4 conference calls a day lasting an hour to tell you how they think things should be done. Hours are ridiculous 8oclock in the morning start till 8 in the evening, yet you only get paid for 40 of them. Never ask for time back. You can only take your limited holiday allowance at 2 points in the year too, this is then rejected and your told you will just lose them at years end. The company dosent really know what it's doing and based itself on a money grab formula, deal today worry about the consequences tomorrow.

Pros

The pay at Wren is very good. I was paid 7.50 and hour and was given 50 pound commision for every appointment I booked that eventually led to a sale

Cons

There is low job security, people come in and out fast
