      Everybody on your level is in the same boat Working Monday to Friday generally Bonus

      Cons

      Managers have no managerial experience and don't actually know how to manage their team None of the staff above ground level care about the customers and care less about their staff The focus of the company is making money and not giving customers a good product and not helping customers when they receive an inevitably poor service and product The salary isn't good You are not valued at all You can't bring up any grievances Management take things personally and don't help Gossiping is constant Food in the canteen is dreadful

      - Somewhat interesting technology to work with. - Some great people.

      Cons

      - Lack of forward planning. - Poor management and a lack of leadership. - Employees are kept in the dark or lied to - both about project work, and the company in general (without reason). - Unrealistic time frames, even though they advertise as "agile". - Heavily fragmented, distributed (geographically) development teams which don't communicate well. - Major technical changes within codebases happen "cloak and dagger", and are led by few without discussion. - Lack of respect within the company for employees. - No progress plans in place for employees. Regardless of responsibilities undertaken and value, no increase in salary or job title.
