Pros

None. This company is a shambles

Cons

It's like being back in sales 30 years ago. American micro management that means you spend your day on the phone rather than training and motivating your team

Pros

- Quality of showroom - Parking facilities - Pay Package

Cons

- Quality check team still sending out faulty goods - Customer service team especially within the installation department cannot handle with queries if not in the same area - Progression is not what you know but who you know - Long working hours (Extremely poor work and life balance) - Charge for design errors which can lead to more charges than commission earned from that order. Hence the designer could end up paying for the customer to get the kitchen - Management degrade the product with silly discount to get the order
