The way this company treat managers is terrible. Regional management and directors are dictators. They have no morals and will sack staff at the drop of the hat. The company will use the words 'failed probation' if you have worked here less than 2 years - They do what they like.
You are pressured to sell at all costs and to the customers detriment. The company cannot handle the amount of forces sales and you have customers on the Wren Kitchens disasters Facebook page. The quality of the kitchens is terrible, just look closely in the showrooms. You will find yourself hounded day and night on WhatsApp groups, and if you do not reply in an instant you get in trouble. The sales targets are too high and you will be bullied.
Stay away from Wren at all costs.
Your hands will be tied when dealing with customer issues. The journey with the customers starts good, but they are promised the kitchen of their dreams and if either half arrives or mostly damaged. They complain at Store level, and you need to tell them to contact the single point of contact call centre.
