Pros

This company has given me some of the best years of achievement, not just on a financial level, but on a career satisfaction level. There is no doubt that this company pays out big commission and bonuses to its staff, for that it requires a big return on our own individual efforts. This is the minimum that we can repay. I do not believe anyone here is under paid, or is short changed based on the work load vs earnings. what else do you want from a business? - We have a great boss, a great sales environment that can be competitive and fun at the same time. We are in a sales and target based business, your security is in your efforts and results, this keeps myself and my team going. You put in what you want out is what i always say, and for those that disapprove, my only council is that you need to look in the mirror and ask yourself, are you putting enough in? In the south division, we are constantly driven to achieve the best of our capabilities, through fun and games, healthy competition and great recognition of achievement. nothing fake about that!

Cons

The business is relentless, and every day we are asked a challenging question of our selves, however greatness is always tested.

Pros

Beautiful showrooms, good training innitially then left to hang dry. Pay looks good until you get charged for every little or big mistake you make.

Cons

Where do I start, if you don't want a life get bullied and threatened with your job on a daily basis. You are told to tell fibs to potential customers to attain the sale. It's all about sell and forget customer culture. Just have a look at wren disasters face book page. You would not last long if you are an honest person.
