      The work itself I am really enjoying. Meeting new people daily and having a lot of independence during my shift.

      Cons

      The shift pattern. When you get days off it’s not always 2 in a row which doesn’t feel like a break. 9 shifts in a row in January as they take your days off around Christmas and use these on what would be your days off in January I don’t find fair. I also don’t think the daily check in and check out is necessary as the vans are tracked. Also the daily van checks is a bit excessive, Little things like this take time up. I don’t agree on some of the bonus structure as some of the criteria is out of our hands, like business performance as a whole.

      high learning curve, so at least you get that out of it.

      Cons

      Terrible company to work for. Horrible management. Company run by kids telling professionals off. Metrics matter more than good work done. No job security. More BAs than devs. Level of micro management is completely unnecessary and in fact hinders the truth about an employee. Typical day at work involves PMs and BAs jumping on telling you to switch your job duties on the go as you were a fast food place and creating chaos. High learning curve so you need to know everything to work here apparently. Expected to work long hours just to meet made up metrics set by people who don't know the job.
