Pros

Having seen some reviews here I was concerned about joining Wren Kitchens, however I can happily say that I have found the IT team welcoming and lovely to work with. The general and IT specific induction was fantastic, the best of any company I have ever worked in, and my first few weeks here have been enjoyable. The teams here work hard, and as with all IT teams priorities change, but there is a real desire to develop individuals and work together to improve. The head office facilities are fantastic.

Cons

Offices can be cold, bring a jumper!

Pros

Fantastic start to such a large company, thinking you would be treated like a number when actually I've been treated like an individual, constant reviews and feedback which is brilliant. Great team and management I can't fault in all directions. Plenty of support when needed. 40 hours a week is a bonus (more precious family time) Pushed to take holiday entitlement.

Cons

Takes a very long time to get a uniform. Schedules for the day can get a little hectic and pressed for time especially when driving planning does not counteract traffic or 50mph restricted roads in 60mph zone.
