Pros

Can't think of any positivity in this role apart from the good design of bedrooms and kitchens. Plus at times a chef comes to make food

Cons

No lunch breaks! Managers were uninformative as they never went through health and safety standards(fire exits etc), didn't have a fixed rota up in their office area instead they tell you one day before what time you will start the next day and finish. Also, tasks where given to me which was not designed for me in this role. The training the company provides is rubbish as it was irrelevant for the role. The company doesn't pay wages properly. The staff at the company are bias since they always favoured specific employees who didn't do any work instead they used to socialise hence they ended up getting bonuses which they didn't earn.

Pros

The basic pay will be a good number as will the bonus. Hard work is rewarded. Large showrooms and lots of bays

Cons

You will have to work long days and be contactable on your days off, historic issues from customers can be time consuming.

Pros

if you are willing to work more than 60 hours a week you can earn very well. The top earners earn over £100k. It's a secure job which might be considered better than being a commission only rep. More suitable for juniors who don't mind the mental kicking that they get every day. They will take on anyone and their turnover is high so as long as you can speak English to any degree you will get a jo.

Cons

Recently brought in the old phones 4 U staff which just doesn't work for kitchens. Don't get me wrong, Wren sell a serious amount of kitchens but the service is appalling and sales people spend half their time dealing with problems. They have a ridiculous compliance system which means that there is a lot of pressure to do paperwork within time frames that are not realistic so often it is wrong. The pressure is constant and unnecessary. You will be expected to pick up 10 leads a week based on 40% conversion rate but if your conversion rate is 85% as mine is you just don't have the time. They are unable to treat anyone as an individual. The managers tread on eggshells all the time as the bullying mentally pours down from head office.
