Met some nice people.

Cons

Constant talk of bonuses and payrises that are withheld. Playing managers off against eachother. Trying to defend a product which is not fit for purpose. If you not available 24/7 and do not work a minimum of 60 hours a week you will not be kept. Job description was repeatedly changed until I was work 3 distinct roles. Was eventually let go as the store did not hit it's sales target - sales was NOT part of my job.

Meeting some people I will now call my friends.

Working on Customer Service is horrendous-no help, lack of support, everything is so long and complicated and no one is appreciated. It is run very badly. Please avoid. I was lied to when I was employed here. It is basically a call centre that over works and under pays you.

Nice kitchens, visiting managers seemed very nice. I wondered while there, whether to contact Armando Sanchez ( as he has his personal phone number available to all staff and customers ) but did not know whether the way she was acting was company policy or not

Cons

My manager was abusive, controlling and seemingly crazy, possibly had 'stressed induced psychosis' otherwise she may just have been vindictive. Everyone there was depressed, ill and nervous wrecks due to her treatment of them. Many had left or been pushed in the short time that I was there and many more had interviews with other companies in an attempt to get away from her.....The rates I give below can only be based on being employed under her and cannot reflect what it may be like to work for anyone else at a different store
