Pros

I am currently work for Wren and can't believe I have been here for 3 years already. It is very friendly and safe working environment. If you are confident and working hard they always give you opportunities to improve yourself in better positions.

Cons

Due to being so busy sometimes we need to work over at short notice but the job needs to get done :)

Pros

The owner of Wren is ambitious and very driven and this filters down through the organisation well. Everyone appears to want to do their best for him. I worked as part of the Digital/IT team so the opportunities to work on innovative projects I found very beneficial in terms of my own skills and experience progression.

Cons

The speed of growth has created a ‘silo’ effect within the business. At times it feels like there are several different companies working in the same room with little inter-departmental communication. There is an inherent obsession with sales targets which I felt was given a much higher priority than customer engagement.

Pros

I have now worked with Wren for nearly 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Throughout my time at Wren I have managed to develop new skills and adapt to working in a busy environment, which has allowed me to progress into the role I’m in now. The experienced management team I work alongside has significantly helped my progression as their knowledge and experience is shared to help aid each individual, overall giving everyone at wren the opportunity to progress.

Cons

Since relocation it is quite far to travel now including the Humber Bridge toll
