      Terrible workplace

      Relationships with the people you work with.

      All of the positive reviews are fake due to a company campaign encouraging good reviews for the chance of your showroom winning a cash prize. Management is terrible and lazy and one manager was investigated for 'stolen' money. Constant talk about positive energy in meetings whilst routinely swearing and using public shame as a form of punishment. All employees complain regularly and communicate their misery. It is clear favouritism is present as the managers would discipline and openly talk badly about the staff that isn't in their favourites club No loyalty or job security.

      Micromanagement & No Care for Staff

      Cons

      The most horrific of micromanagement. Constantly monitored in your vehicle and poor leadership/upper management. This is still a family ran business, so decisions are made at the click of a finger - you really are just a number here.

      Bullied into a mental breakdown

      Pros

      The training at the nest and the lovely trainer, also meeting some amazing people in my training group and some in the showroom.

      Cons

      Everything you learn from the nest is irrelevant to the showroom, management negative, ignore you, like to rip shreds off you and humiliate you if front of others, there is too much to add here.
