Pros

- Good commission structure - Lovely coworkers - Good training

Cons

- Consistent micromanaging. Tried challenging this and proposing a new way to work but shut down. ( Can only do things the "Wren way"). - Unprofessional management- Management would loose their head and create a total hostile environment towards the end of a phase due to unrealistic targets set by head office. - Long, unsociable hours. I understand that it is retail and weekend/ working at seasonal times is needed, however there should be a system in place that allows employees to spend time on a weekend with their families at least once a month. This could help their huge staff turnover numbers. - 2 year probation period. Need I say more? That is ludicrous.

Long hours, poor management, intense sales environment, unprofessional colleagues, favouritism with certain sales designers so unfairness with opportunity.
