      There are Free biscuits for customers

      Cons

      - you have to work every Saturday and Sunday - fined for computer errors (free issues ) - only two days off for Christmas then you have to pay it back in January - lied In thé interview saying making £100k . Not even close - job includes everything from chasing customers to ensuring delivery, doing finance and more - not allowed to talk during work - you are not allowed to take off more then 5 days or less then 5 days - micro managing

      Beats poverty. The day ends.

      Cons

      Very cult like. Team leaders think that they are above the rest. Walk around with over-sized cardigan hanging off one shoulder. Fancy coffee and I Phone in the other hand. Like to look all important. May have IQ for the job. but certainly no maturity or skills to deal with employees. Not a great place to work if you speak with a non British accent.

      Company vehicle . equipment. nice showrooms

      Cons

      Bullying culture . The way staff are spoken to and treated is child like . Many of the good reviews on here are from immediately after the training week so don't give a true representation of what it is like to work for them . They must have a very high turn over of staff.
