      Micro managed, team leader is a dictator, question her decisions and you might as well just leave. Sack you just as you are coming to 2 years service. The whole business is morally corrupt

      Working weekends, no work life balance, stressful environment, competitive, toxic, racial discrimination, no loyalty, no job security

      Free biscuits, fuel card, company van

      Cons

      Company has a history of laying off masses of workers with no prior warning - even if it becomes a mistake and half of these workers are re employed after a month. Zero job security, after the fact they will withhold your documents (payslips) which you now cannot access yourself. Will lie in interviews about major details regarding hours or the bonus. Do not fall for the bonus - it is enticing but you will not see anywhere near what they say you will on job adverts, and you will receive no information about it. You will be expected to stay doing absolutely nothing for a full 9 hour working day if there is no work for you.
