Pros

Job is enjoyable and stress free if you ignore their forced timescales.

Cons

If you want to maximise your earnings you need to leave home early and get home late while giving 200% within a narrow window timescale with no buffer between appointments. I have worked for some really corporate companies. Without a doubt the worst. Arrogant and complacant.

There aren't any, it's a terrible company

Bad management, overbooking you or not allowing enough time between appointments, long hours and weekend work with no benefits. Read the contract.
