Pros

Working with great team, great computer systems! Good company to work for, looked after. Good hours.

Cons

Job description is blurred, not great money for the responsibility. Bonus system flawed as other staff are responsible for your bonus and this can be greatly affected.

Pros

The staff in the showrooms. You work so many hours you end up spending more time with your colleagues than you do your children.

Cons

Made to work more than contracted hours Frowned upon if you take your lunch break Constantly reviewing pay, always trying to save money by cutting wages Micro managed by higher staff who have never worked in the showrooms Bullying from higher management No job security No work/life balance Sexism No opportunities for progression (will only hire external male candidates) Told when to take your holiday Constant wage deductions Wages always wrong and having to chase this. When you have issues, no one responds to emails Complaints not taken seriously

Pros

Opportunity to earn a lot of money. I suggest you get in, earn a ton, then get out.

Cons

Forced to work every weekend, every bank holiday, half of your days off, and most of your holiday. Leads and orders given to the managers favourites - taking money right out of your pocket. Unachievable targets. Made to feel like you're failing for only selling £800k in a year. Blamed for there being no customers in the showroom. Forced to sit appointments for the managers favourites designers - they will get paid, you won't. Personally charged for other people's mistakes, sometimes to the tune of £thousands. Utterly toxic management that build a file on all staff and plan your dismissal months in advance. (Had this confirmed by ex-manager). They don't want people there past 2 years (harder to fire after that). 2 year probation period. Zero work life balance. You will belong to Wren or you will not work there. Period. HR department that pretend to care but pass all your complaints back to the manager that they are about, in turn getting you fired. Zero trust. Managers are manipulative liars.
