      Awful, awful, awful company to be associated with. You don’t work for them, they basically try to own you.

      Pros

      Just one level up from being jobless and on the street. Trust the bad reviews and don’t work for them.

      Cons

      Management or lack of management shocking. The lack of trust is like being treated like a criminal. Absolutely no scope for progression. It’s a shambles, is there a plan of what you want to do? Constantly looking over your back. They over employ to cover when they need, you will be gone as soon as sales drop off. Have a look at the amount of service people have, it’s a clue to how bad it is.

      Pros

      The only thing that is even a semi pro of working for this company is the people you work with at the same level as you, they make the day slightly more bareable.

      Cons

      Where to start? Constantly understaffed meaning that you cannot focus on your own workload and have to jump onto other peoples. No support from management, refusal to take phone calls from you when a customer is screaming at you and demanding a manager and just give you a generic sentence to repeat to the customer as if that will placate them. Bounced around from call to call within 30 seconds giving you zero time to get anything sorted for a customer. Spend 8 hours a day just fielding phone calls from irate customers who you can rarely help. Company cons customers with misleading info all the way from the showrooms to the customer service agents and have an excessively large contract and small print to hide behind that they expect you to repeat to the customer in order to cover their own backs.

      Great Showroom , great product , good training

      Cons

      Awful Management, poor morale ,impossible targets , hierarchical cowtailing will make you Scoff . Being treated like children on the training courses akin to Right wing Regime .
